When it comes to healing work, I hold some opinions that may not always be popular.

I know the value of learning a modality. A weekend training, a certification, years of study in a profession where you are supporting others. Whether you are working hands-on with energy, sitting one-on-one as a therapist, guiding someone through illness as a nurse, or holding space as an attorney with your clients, you are in a position where you are entering someone else’s field and supporting them.

That is healing work.

And yes, those trainings and paths offer incredible information. They give you tools. They help you serve. Many of you are already doing beautiful work in your field.

But there is something missing, and it is the reason so many people feel drained or eventually burn out.

It is the foundation of energy.

When you enter someone else’s field, you cannot help but feel something. You feel the emotions that have not been processed, the pain that has not been released, the history that is still living within them. You feel the weight of what they are carrying.If your energy is not anchored, if you have not learned how to tune your senses to Heaven, if you do not have practices that bring you back into your heart and fill your being with light, you will begin to carry what is not yours.

You are the temple.This is what Jesus came to show us. The light is not outside of you. It is within you, and it is meant to be lived from.

This is the foundation of the work I teach.

Such as with the Angel Healer Training™, where you learn powerful ways to support others. We explore how to work with energy, how to hold sacred space, how to guide and respond to what is present in the moment.

But that is not the focus.

The focus is your energy. Your emotional well-being. Your ability to understand what is moving through your system and what is not yours to hold.

We look at the deeper layers. The patterns, the blocks, the generational wounds, and the lineage you have come here to heal. Because what is within you is what you will see reflected in the people you serve.

That becomes your true north.It does not matter what your profession is. It matters how you stand within it.

This work changed how I experience my own energy and how I show up with others. It allows me to hold space, even in big energy, and still feel grounded, supported, and fully myself.

I had not had anything to drink, yet I was stumbling and my words were beginning to slur. I remember feeling confused and trying to understand what was happening to me.

At the time, I did not have the language for it. I did not understand that I was sensing what was around me. I did not know that my body was responding to the energy in the space.

I only knew that something felt off. I was scared, and I didn’t know what to do or how to communicate to my friends what was happening.

Years later, I can see that moment clearly.

And just last night, I had a similar experience.

I walked through someone’s energy field who had been drinking, and for a brief moment I felt the effects in my body.

That same tipsy sensation.

The difference between 18-year-old me and 60-year-old me is that I now have language, knowledge, and understanding.

Your strongest sense is the way Heaven is already speaking with you.

It does not come through in a way that demands your attention like the experience I just shared. It comes through quietly, through your body, your awareness, and the way you sense and feel.

What shifted for me was learning how I receive.

Our senses hold a duality.

Our physical sensory system is attuned to the world around us.
Our Heavenly sensory system is attuned to the Divine.

My most awakened sense at 18 was my solar plexus. This center governs our intuition, our knowing, and our emotional awareness. When the solar plexus becomes overextended on the physical side, it is often a response to experiences that overwhelm the body.

Many of the women I work with carry a similar pattern.

It is not about shutting off your ability to feel or sense.

It is about alignment.

It is about understanding how your body receives and learning how to stay grounded in your own being, rather than following the energy of the room.

It is about knowing what to do when you feel something that is big, different, or unfamiliar.

Last night reminded me how important it is to understand the art of sensing, and how to remain steady in a world that can feel chaotic.

The truth is, you cannot stop sensing.

You were designed to.

What I have come to see through my work with Heaven and the women I guide is that when you understand your extra-sensory awareness, it begins to shift every area of your life.

You stop carrying what is not yours.

You begin to recognize what belongs to you and what does not.

You learn how to release, rather than absorb.

This is a form of healing.

A restoration of your energy.

A return to yourself.

You may already know about the energy centers, the chakra system, and how energy moves through the body.

But I want to talk to you about something that is often missed, and that is the foundation of your connection here on Earth.

In the soles of your feet are what are referred to as the lower root chakra. These are Christ points.

Christ, as the healer, walked the Earth. Christ, as the Messiah, walked the Earth. And you, being part of the One, being one of the Divine, you carry these Christ points in the soles of your feet.

These points connect you to your place here on Earth.

When these are open and vibrant, and you are able to feel that connection to the Earth while also having your connection through your crown to Heaven, you are in alignment.

And this is where you are able to clearly channel healing energy and receive messages from angels.I want to share something with you that you may not have ever been told before.

When these Christ points are not fully open, or when you are not fully standing in your alignment, your body will begin to show you.

• You may notice that you are leaning forward, almost as if you are outside of yourself

• You may notice that you are leaning back, unsure of what your next right move is.

• You may feel off balance in your body, shifting to one side or the other.

• You may experience tension in your hips or legs.

• You may feel as though chaos is happening around you, or that you are attracting it.

This is your body communicating that you are not fully anchored in your place here.

This matters because before you can clearly work with energy, before you can support another person, and receive guidance from Heaven in a grounded way, you must be: Anchored in your body. Connected to your place here on Earth. Aligned with your soul-self.

When your Christ points are open and your crown is connected, you are not reaching or seeking guidance. You are receiving it.

How to tell the difference:

You are not trying to make sense of what you receive through your body.

You are allowing the Divine to move through you,

This is where healing work becomes clear.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by what you feel, if you have questioned what you are picking up, or if you have felt like you are outside of yourself more often than inside of your body, it does not mean that something is wrong with you.

It means that your foundation has not yet been supported.

This is one of the first things that we walk through inside of the Angel Healer Training™.

Not just understanding it, but learning how to work with it in your body so that you are grounded, supported, and clear in your communication with Heaven.

Reading about this is one thing. Experiencing it in your body is another. The Angel Healer Training™ is where we do this work together.

I’ve learned otherwise.

Angels do not arrive to interrupt your life.
They arrive when your life makes space for them.

This is one of the first truths God taught me, long before I had language for mysticism or frameworks for what I was experiencing.

Angels are not here to override your choices.
They are not here to rescue you from your humanity.
They are not here to control outcomes.

They are here to respond. Angels move through intention, not urgency

One of the biggest misunderstandings about angels is that they appear when we are desperate enough.

In truth, desperation is often loud with fear, and fear scrambles reception.

Angels respond to intention.
To willingness.
To the quiet moment where you say, even internally:

“I’m open.”

This is not about getting what you want.
It’s about opening the channel where love can move again.

In mystical traditions, angels are understood not as personalities with preferences, but as functions of Divine love, ways God’s presence moves into form.

They don’t decide for you.
They don’t interfere with free will.
They wait for consent.

Free will is not a flaw, it is the design

If angels could intervene whenever they wanted, growth would be meaningless.

Your life is not meant to be managed from above.

It is meant to be partnered.

This is why prayer is not a demand.
Why sacred space matters.
Why intention changes everything.

When you consciously invite Divine support—through prayer, breath, stillness, or even a whispered thought—you are not being weak.

You are being aligned.

Sacred space is a contract, not a ritual

You don’t need candles, crystals, or perfect silence to work with angels.

What you need is clarity.

Sacred space is created the moment you decide:

• to choose love over fear

• to be honest instead of performative

• to stay present instead of bracing

That decision alone changes the field.

From there, guidance can arrive—not as commands, but as impressions, nudges, relief, and reassurance.

Often subtle.
Often gentle.
Always respectful.

Angels don’t carry messages of fear

This matters.

Angels do not threaten.
They do not shame.
They do not rush you.

If a message leaves you panicked, contracted, or pressured—it isn’t angelic.

Angelic guidance feels like truth landing softly.
Even when it asks something of you.

The quiet truth of Chapter One

You are not alone.
You have never been alone.
But love will never force its way into your life.

Angels wait at the edge of your willingness.

And the moment you choose to open, even a little, the conversation begins.

Jess spoke about her relationship with her father and how difficult it was to navigate. She described early childhood emotional and verbal abuse that is still showing up in her body today. Even now, she notices herself fawning and freezing in moments of tension, and afterward she is left with what she called a kind of emotional hangover. It is the lingering exhaustion, the quiet questioning of why she responded the way she did, and the feeling that her body moved before she had the chance to choose something different.

As she spoke, it became very clear that what she was describing was not weakness or something that needed to be fixed. What she was describing was awareness that had never been understood.

Jess also shared that when she was younger, she would smoke pot, but even then she carried a knowing within her. She had a clear internal sense that other types of drugs would not be okay for her and that she would not be able to control herself if she crossed that line. No one taught her this and no one explained it to her. She simply knew.

Later in life, she ignored that earlier warning and eventually found herself in a recovery program for substance abuse. This is often where the story gets interpreted as failure, but that is not what was present here. What was present was evidence that her guidance had always been there.

I guided Jess back to that first moment when the knowing came to her. I asked her to close her eyes and sense in her body where she felt it. She immediately went to her solar plexus, which is where inner guidance and discernment often live. This is the place where truth is felt before it is understood and where God communicates through sensation rather than language.

I then invited her to begin speaking in “I remember” statements so that she could reconnect with that original experience, when the message first came to her.

As she spoke, something began to shift. She was reminded that the knowing has always been there. It’s always spoken to her in ways that her body remembered.

The Angels call this soul amnesia.

It is what happens when a person becomes so attuned to the energy, expectations, and emotions of the outside world that they begin to forget the internal language that once guided them so clearly. They do not lose their gifts, but they do lose trust in them. Over time, they begin to override their knowing, dismiss it, or question it until they no longer recognize it as guidance.

This is when women begin to say that they do not know why they do the things they do, that they cannot trust themselves, or that they feel everything but do not understand it.

However, the truth is that their awareness was never the problem.

Jess did not lack guidance. She had access to it early in her life. She felt it clearly and knew what was right for her body and her path. What she did not have was the support to understand it, name it, or trust it.

So she adapted in the way that many sensitive and intuitive women do. She learned to read the room instead of reading herself. She learned to respond to others instead of remaining rooted in her own truth. She learned how to navigate environments that did not know how to honor her awareness.

Even so, her gifts remained present the entire time.

They showed up in the way she could feel energy before anything was spoken. They showed up in the way her body signaled truth before her mind could explain it. They showed up in the way she always knew, even in the moments when she chose not to listen.

This is one of the earliest signs of a healer.

It is not about being perfect or always aligned. It is about carrying an internal knowing that exists before logic and living a life that reflects what happens when that knowing is either trusted or ignored.

If you see yourself in Jess, I want to invite you into a simple practice.

Close your eyes and bring yourself back to a moment in your life when you knew something before anyone told you, before you had proof, and before it made logical sense. Allow yourself to feel where that knowing lived in your body.

Then begin with the words, “I remember,” and let whatever comes forward move without editing or questioning it.

This is how we begin to come out of soul amnesia. It does not happen by learning something new. It happens by remembering what has always been within you.

You are not too sensitive. You are aware.

And when that awareness is trusted, it becomes one of the most powerful ways God will ever speak through you.

There comes a point where your awareness is ready for expansion.

You can feel everything.
You can sense truth.
You can recognize what is happening beneath the surface.

But until you learn how to work with it, you will continue to override it.

God does not place this level of awareness inside of you by accident.

99% of the time it’s misalignment.

So let’s look at your business through that lens.

Try these journaling exercise:

Create three columns in your journal:

1. What I’m currently offering or creating. (List everything, services, content, programs, ideas)

2. The energy behind it. (Be honest here)

   • Am I creating this from love or fear?

   • Am I forcing to prove something?

   • Am I forcing timing or trusting it?

   • Does this feel expansive or heavy?

3. Truth check (your soul’s response)

   Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and ask: Does this align with my highest good?

   Write what comes through, anything and everything you are sensing, don’t overthink or push a thought away.

Now step back and look at what you wrote.

You’ll start to see patterns. You’ll see where you’re aligned, and where you may be operating from fear, pressure or old beliefs.

This is where your power is.

Because running a spiritual business means you don’t just ask: Will this work?

Instead you ask: Is this true for me?

One more prompt before you go:

Where am I going against my own inner knowing, and calling it strategy?

(that one tends to open everything)

When you clean up your energy, your path becomes clearer. When your intention in rooted in love, your work flows differently.

And when you trust what your soul is showing you, you stop building from fear and start creating from truth.

That’s where alignment lives.

That’s where your business begins to breathe again.

If you’re building a spiritual business and realizing that alignment is the foundation for everything, then you already understand why this work matters.

• Recognize interference when it arises, and confidently know what to do

This morning, as I was preparing for Easter, a message kept coming through clearly:

We don’t just celebrate Easter… we live it.

We live it in the quiet, everyday moments where we are asked to stay present, to hold, to love, and to remain connected to God, even when we don’t fully understand what is unfolding.

And as I sat with that, what was shown to me so clearly was the women.

So often, the Easter story is told through the lens of the disciples, the empty tomb, and the resurrection of Jesus. And while that is central, what is sometimes less spoken about is the role of the women.

The women who stayed.

The women who held sacred space, even in the face of something they could not yet explain or fully understand.

The women who felt, in their bodies, that something profound was unfolding, even without having the language for it.

The women who tended, who prayed, who remained present in the hardest of moments.

And it was a woman, Mary Magdalene, who was first to see.

She was the first to witness Jesus in spirit. The first to receive the message. The first to be sent to share what had happened.

She was not second. She went first.

And what was shown to me is that this is not just a story from long ago. It is something that is lived through you, every single day.

When you care for your family, when you sit with someone in their pain, when you show up for a friend who is struggling, when you hold space for someone who is crossing over, when you do the quiet and often unseen work of nurturing, tending, and loving…this is holy.

This is what it means to live Easter.

This is what it means to carry divine love in a way that is embodied, grounded, and real.

And I could not help but reflect on what took place during Friday’s Seated Healer.

There was a moment where something disruptive entered the space, something inappropriate and not aligned with the sacred work we were doing.

And yet, what stood out most was not the disruption itself, but how it was met.

The women who were there remained present. They turned to prayer. They stayed connected to God and to themselves.

And as I stayed grounded and listened, I was guided clearly on what to do next.

In that moment, what we were practicing became real. It became a lived experience of staying anchored, discerning clearly, and not leaving ourselves when something unexpected arises.

That, too, is living Easter.

It is staying.

It is remaining.

It is trusting what you feel and allowing God to lead you, in real time.

You are not behind.

You are not second.

And what you feel within your body, the way you sense, the way you know, the way you hold others and move through the world…is not something to dismiss.

It is something to understand.

It is something to trust.

It is something to be developed and held with care.

Because there comes a point where it is no longer enough to simply feel and wonder.

The soul longs to be understood and in union with source. The way we develop any relationship is to begin with conversation. Speaking or writing to God will open an invisible energy pathway between the two of you.

Identifying with the good girl/boy beliefs:

The easiest way to identify with the good girl beliefs is to witness your actions and thoughts without judging them. Being still is imperative for you to notice these. Because you’ve grown accustomed to living within the energy of this it is not as easy to recognize when we are constantly going.

Our thoughts, beliefs, habits and actions are energetic to start and then they imprint within our physical body. These imprints happen when the thought, belief, habit or action is a foreign to us and goes against our soul’s truth. They come in from outside sources and disrupt the natural rhythm of love.

The down low is the pain, trauma and negative experiences we had created emotional imprints when left unhealed. The emotions become trapped within our bodies creating an unstable environment for love to flow freely. The feelings we have daily are typically ruled by these emotional imprints.

And while our thoughts may be positive and connected to our hearts desire, if our belief system is opposing what we are currently thinking and wanting and we have unhealed trapped emotions then the energy signal we will emit outwardly will be one of struggle.

This means that the people around us will continually try to inform us of who we are based on the energy we are emitting from our being. And, the desires that God has placed in our hearts and awareness never come to fruition. This leads to a state of separation from ourselves and the unconditional love of God.

The point of our journey is to unravel the untruths and detach the emotional imprints from within our physical being. This leads us to experience feelings and memories that we have been ignored or repressed. Either way, the healing we seek is an invitation to be in agreement with love.

Where do we begin? We start with our breath, we say a prayer and offer up our willingness to heal. This means we focus our energy on staying present, moment by moment. This will allow us to uncover and recover from the separation from love.

Though this experience may seem like it may be about becoming “different” or even a “better” version of ourselves.

The power we each hold within our being to discern fear and choose love.

Anything lesser is an untruth that the evil one wants us to believe in.

Inside The Sanctuary, this became our shared exploration. We talked about frequency not as something to fix or manage, but as something to gently notice and tend to.

I often invite people to imagine their inner world as an emotional staircase. Each step represents a familiar emotional state we move through as humans, grief, fear, uncertainty, hope, clarity, peace. There’s no judgment in this image. It’s simply information.

What I’ve learned, again and again, is that we can be in very real, very hard circumstances and still remain aligned. You can be grieving. You can be navigating illness. You can be unsure of what’s next. And still be connected to God. That steadiness, that quiet alignment, is what allows peace to be present even when life feels messy.

So many sensitive people carry the belief that something is wrong with them.

I don’t see it that way at all. Sensitivity is not a flaw, it’s access. It’s the ability to move into prayer, meditation, or spiritual connection with relative ease when we’re grounded and regulated. Most of us have felt this before, moments where we suddenly feel open, connected, attuned. The challenge isn’t access. It’s remembering how to return there, especially in everyday life. That’s where gentle, consistent practice comes in. Not to change who we are, but to help us notice when we’ve stepped away from our own worth or truth.

This shows up in all areas of life, including our work and the ways we serve others. I shared a story in The Sanctuary about how easily we can lower our energy when doubt creeps in, especially around being seen, valued, or compensated. Often, without realizing it, we step down from our truth to meet someone else’s fear, thinking that’s what love looks like. But energetically, it sends a different message. When we stay rooted in what feels true and aligned, the people who are meant to meet us there can feel it. There’s less effort. Less convincing. More ease.

We also spent time with a passage from the Gospel of Mary that has been sitting with me for a long while: “It is what dominated me that has been vanquished, and what was steering me that has been overcome. It is my craving that has come to an end, and my ignorance that has died.” To me, this speaks less about suppressing emotion and more about discernment, about no longer being led by fear, old stories, or the constant noise around us. In mystical traditions, including Kabbalah, this is often described as a return from exile, a gentle ascent back into alignment, where the soul can be heard again. Mary doesn’t argue or explain. She becomes still. That stillness is where clarity lives.

One of the things we talked about is how not every feeling we experience belongs to us, and not every feeling is telling the truth. Sensitive people are constantly picking up emotional information. Without grounding, it’s easy to mistake that for identity. The practice is simple, though not always easy: where do I feel this in my body? Is this mine? What happens if I pause, breathe, and come back to myself? When we regulate, through breath, prayer, or quiet presence—discernment naturally follows. We stop searching so hard for answers and begin to rest into knowing.

Many of us were taught, in subtle ways, that being loving means abandoning ourselves to keep others comfortable. But self-abandonment doesn’t create peace. When we deny our truth to manage someone else’s emotions, we lose connection with ourselves. Holding yourself, especially in tender or painful moments, is not selfish. It’s how peace becomes available. Even when you’re angry. Even when you’re grieving. Even when the words aren’t there yet. God doesn’t need polished prayers. God already knows your heart.

This work isn’t about getting it right.

It’s about remembering.

Remembering to pause. To breathe. To come back into the body. To gently notice where you are on the staircase and offer yourself the option to rise, not by force, but by kindness. You don’t have to speak your truth loudly. You don’t have to explain yourself. Your presence carries its own wisdom. And when you tend to it with care, you become a sanctuary, not only for yourself, but for the world around you.
